Turbid Water Treatment Flow Diagram

Treating wastewater generated from construction work! We provide devices and technologies that enable the reuse of water for construction purposes.

We would like to introduce San-Ei Kogyo's turbid water treatment flow. In the turbid water treatment process, we provide equipment and technology that treat wastewater generated from construction work to a suspended solids (SS) level of 25 mg/L and a pH range of 5.8 to 8.6, enabling "reuse as construction water" and "discharge into rivers and coastal areas." Additionally, for the final stage of turbid water treatment, there are multiple methods available to choose from to meet the discharge standards of the discharge destination. In our related catalog, we clearly present the turbid water treatment flow diagram along with product photos, so please feel free to download and take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Dirty Water Treatment Device 'SJ Type Round Thickener'

No need for operational downtime for maintenance! Introducing the Sugijet high-speed coagulation and sedimentation device.

Our company handles the turbidity water treatment device "SJ Type Round Thickener." "Sugijet" eliminates the need for both a stirrer and a sludge scraper (rake). The maturation and separation of flocs utilize the jet effect, fully harnessing the power of water itself. It offers advantages such as easy installation, low construction costs, a small equipment footprint, and ease of operation and management without failures. 【Features】 <Prevention of floc carryover> - The separation of flocs and purification in the separation chamber occurs in a three-dimensional flow. - Advantages: High water purification effect, high surface area load, and compact equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Treatment of turbid water generated in a short time during well drilling (well excavation) work.

Rapid sedimentation is possible! A case where water quality has dramatically improved through coagulation treatment.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Aqua Nature SV" in well drilling operations. The issue was that turbid water generated during the drilling was being discharged untreated, and there was no space for installing drainage treatment equipment at the construction site. After implementation, we were able to extend the retention time by changing the point of coagulant injection, which allowed us to shorten the reaction time required for coagulation treatment. 【Case Overview (Partial)】 ■Problems - Turbid water generated during well drilling was being discharged untreated. - There was no space for installing drainage treatment equipment at the construction site. - Due to the large volume of drainage being discharged in a short time, rapid coagulation and sedimentation were necessary. ■Results - The water quality of the treated water significantly improved through coagulation treatment. - By forming large flocs, sedimentation became possible in a short time. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Reference material on the relationship between surface area load and thickener capacity in wastewater treatment.

We introduce various models such as "SSJM-5T" and "SSJ-20T," along with their settling areas and safety factors!

The document discusses the relationship between surface area load and thickener capacity in turbidity treatment. It introduces numerical values for various types, including "settling area (m2)", "safety factor (%)", and "surface area load (m3/m2·h)". Graphs are also included, so please feel free to download and take a look. [Contents] ■ Type ■ Settling area (m2) ■ Safety factor (%) ■ Surface area load (m3/m2·h) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
